I was trying to take advantage of the new customer discount but I am nervous about spending that much money because there is no phone number or address for customers to reach you at. The returns policy isn’t stated either, Incase a size doesn’t fit right. Finally The shoes in my cart doesn’t state if it’s real leather or not and some shoes I liked didn’t come in 11.5 size. If I can get these concerns cleared up, you might have a customer for life. Thank you.

I can’t track my order that says shipped and some of the orders still says preparing and I ordered it at the same time as the first item it has been longer then a week I can’t contact the site or app at all for help cause it says 404 error for every option even the refund and the live message

This is a total scam so beware. Whatever you order won’t ship and you can’t contact them through the app as it doesn’t work correctly. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB but doubt it will help. Very irresponsible of apple to allow them on the App Store

TLDR: jeans not true to color. Site filled with response bots. The color of jeans I received was a pale blue in comparison to the vibrant blue as depicted on the website/app. Since it took over 6 weeks to arrive, I have no intention of dealing with the hassle of returning the item. After looking at the reviews of the item I purchased, I came to the realization that they were all fabricated responses, more than likely bots writing fake reviews to boost purchases. Anyhow, since they are located overseas, it is unlike that they care for the business etiquette that American companies follow. I do not recommend this site to anyone. Please avoid.
