I never write reviews, but as a person who relies a lot on reviews when it comes to using an app specially to spend money on purchases, I think that people need to know this so that if they dare using this app they at least know what they should expect. I bought a dress from this app but it was the wrong size. When I tried to get info on how to return it or exchange it I couldn’t find any help whatsoever. The return option on the app only says page not found, then I tried all the other options on the “help” section and they all said the same, I tried the “live message” option but when I pressed submit message it said it failed and tried again, which I did like other 20 times but they all said the same.. then I tried to email them using the email they said to use for any questions or inquiries and it’s not a real email address. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Will not use this ever again. ***Follow up response*** My order # is 2655674, sub-order # 3231890. All I really need is to exchange the size Large I got for an XL. Thank you.

Placed an order over a month ago and I still haven’t received it, emailed them and all they can do is give me an 8% off coupon on my next purchase smh...don’t buy from them!!!

I haven’t gotten my order yet but I am getting very inpatient as there is no way for me to track my packages, the live messages always fail to go through and there is no number anywhere for me to get in contact with anyone. I wouldn’t be writing this review if I could get in contact with someone. The logistics say my items were shipped on the 9th and no new info since. It gives a shipping number but it won’t take you to another link and when I typed it into UPS and FedEx, it says the number is wrong ??‍♀️

Ordered two men’s jackets. Each appeared to be very reasonably priced despite what was obviously not the highest quality merchandise. I wear XL (US size). Ordered 4XL since the products were “Asian sized” per measurements. Despite this, the product fit like a M. Not even close. That’s where my issues began. The package had arrived after three weeks. The two jackets were literally wrapped in a ball of torn plastic and stuffed into a box. When I filed a “dispute” (this is how you return product to this company...be ready to wait a couple of days for a reply and you’ll likely have to write twice, as I did), they informed me they’d deduct $30 from my purchase price to cover their cost of shipping the product to me (in three weeks and in horrible shape) AND I had to pay return shipping. This despite shipping be free when I ordered. Needless to say, I’ll delete the app and never shop here again. I’ll leave this store for patient, very small people who never need to return anything.
