Poor customer service Rip’s on the phone especially from the Philippines rude obnoxious and hanging up on you not walking you through the directions helping you to hook up your Epson and downloads!!!I won’t never buy another Epson are recommend it to my brother Marine’s or my brother Army soldier’s I served with!!! You tell one Marine How awful you were treated word will spread fast like a wild fire amongst thousand of Marine’s!!!

Even though this app has not been updated visually for a long time, this is a easy to use app. But would be nice to get a facelift ? but it does what it is supposed to do print photos and more ?

I’m not sure what’s crappier the app or the Epson WF-3820. Nothing but problems and error messages all the time. ??
App does not work at all

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15.1.1, Epson WF-4630: App opens, but then none of the icons/buttons do anything. It says that the printer is communicating. The only solution is for me to use my MacBook to execute the scan… I used to be able to use this app, about 1-2yrs ago, but it has been busted for a while now. What gives Epson???
