App does not work at all – Epson iPrint Review

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15.1.1, Epson WF-4630: App opens, but then none of the icons/buttons do anything. It says that the printer is communicating. The only solution is for me to use my MacBook to execute the scan… I used to be able to use this app, about 1-2yrs ago, but it has been busted for a while now. What gives Epson???
