The app worked great till last update. Now my phone or my Apple computer can’t find the printer. It’s so irritating I have to find out how to fix it if I can’t figure out something soon I’ll have to get a new printer not epson. I can’t replace something an update caused with the same problems. If they would do a fix on it I will be happy

I installed the app. It found the printer, set up up scan parameters, and emailed a PDF of the scan in minutes. No need for cloud services or registration. Fancier interface would add a tiny bit of value. I used the app again today to scan some business documents. It worked flawlessly. No muss, no fuss. It ain't fancy, but it works.

I was at my parents’ house and needed to print something off my iPhone... the printer was connected to the WiFi, I was connected to the WiFi but I still could not print and my phone wasn’t able to find the printer. I downloaded this app and was dreading all the setup I was going to have to do (create username and password etc) just to use the app but to my surprise none of that was required! I simply opened the app selected the printer (now visible) and selected the Dropbox document I needed to print. Connecting to Dropbox was as easily as clicking a few buttons to give permission and voila my document was printed. I was so blown away by the (once again) surprising ease of using this app that I came and wrote a review right away!

My last review I rated 1 Star although I made it clear it was 0 stars. I am on my 8th Epson printer and probably my last. I print photos (so many that I wear out the printer heads) well I cannot tell how much money I have wasted on ink & photo paper. I have black ink smears all over the photos. I clean the heads - I adjust the print head alignment - I have Epson ink Epson paper and BLACK SMEARS. I have been using an XP 620. My next move is Canon or HP not my choice but I cannot afford to stick with Epson

Doesn’t work. The app does not find the printer. Manual configuration with ip finds the printer, but Creative adding doesn’t work then. Please fix it. Thanks

Doesn’t allow you to do basic things like fax or even do multi page scanning. How can this be so hard in 2018?
Not able to print a PDF from an iPhone 6
Steady as it goes
I tried to print a basic PDF document and it will printed one page (of 12) and then you get an error message on the phone. I tried to just print a 1 page PDF....same result. Yikes since it’s a $300 printer!
Never prints only selected pages

Will this app ever improve. If you want to print everything all the time, great. If you want select pages forget it - even if you select pages it prints them all and has been doing this forever. Really guys?
