Not updated for summer

They are not doing paper maps for summer bike haul due to COVID and directing people to the app. The app shows everything is closed despite the gondola running in front of me. Not acceptable at these lift ticket price points.
App keeps crashing

Trying to login with my account credentials. Every time I enter my account//password, the app immediately crashes. Unusable for me.
Needs UI Update Badly

The concept for the app is great and it’s everything I want in terms of function from an epic app but every time I open the app it’s like I’m blasted 6 years into the past with a clunky menu and basic interface. This app would be perfect if it had more regular updates and a UI overhaul. Hopefully an update to reserve a spot on the mountain during 20/21 COVID measures. Here hoping.

I like the blueprint of this app but it’s functionality is not very impressive. Having access to the trail map is great, but every time I would explore the map it would keep recentering on my current location. We also had our picture taken a few times but they never posted to the app. It is fun to see your stats and, though I haven’t tried it yet, the challenges look fun. Edit: I had this at a generous 3 stars in December of 2019. Now as we are gearing up for the 20/21 season, this app hasn’t changed a bit. My home mountain isn’t even represented, so the app is worthless.
Needs to be updated.

Offers great features and can be a friendly tool for anyone on the mountain. Not as user friendly as it could be and some issues with recording. Still a great tool, but don’t rely on it.
Like the app, but needs work.

A really useful feature is that the app has all the resort ski patrol emergency & non-emergency numbers. I only realised how useful this was when I had to use it, after witnessing accidents twice in two days at different resorts. The lift waiting time is also a good feature.

We skied 18k vertical at Vail and this app had us at 7400. Lame. Doesn’t update well
