This app used to be an awesome way to keep up with your stats for the day or the season and now when I use it I have to type my log in every single time I open it. My stats for 2020/2021 season have all completely disappeared as well. This app used to also give cool badges and awards for riding a certain amount of lifts in a day etc and they removed that as well. Complete disappointment. It’s almost like the app development team is ran by a bunch of undervalued contractors

With the introduction of reservations due to covid, you’d think Epic would up their app but it feels years behind what it should be. You have to log into your account every time, the stats are usually wrong (mine only shows last year), and you have to switch between dashboards. You can’t even make reservations on the app either. Feels like an app from 2014. Epic, please update this to fit the needs of your customers!

This was a good app but looks like Vail Resorts decided to spend a bunch of money to change it for the worse. Harder to navigate, less info, many missed lift rides, no option to stay signed in, etc. Another case of not leaving well enough alone. Prob have the CEO’s nephew running their system and needed to do something to justify his position/raise. Have switched to Slopes and Ski Tracker for accurate info, using the Mix only for line times, which is now also more difficult because they changed the size of the numbers to where you can barely see them. Jeez.

I don’t like the new app at all. It won’t stay signed in and it does not show you which lifts you took. I definitely don’t think it was an improvement.

The new app is definitely slicker than the old. I suspect it’s a better marketing tool for visitors. It no longer tracks which lifts you rode and there is not a way to fix a missed lift, that I can find. I’ve only skied a couple days and it is already not tracking all lifts. Not a huge deal, but this the one thing that kept me coming back to the app. I’m surprised they threw this out. The other thing I noticed is the weather forecasting tool seems to be off. I suspect this is an easy fix and will be accurate soon, as accurate as weather forecasting can be. The tool to see what lifts and runs are open is an improvement. Although, I can’t open the bottom location on an iPhone.

It would be great if in addition to # of lifts and elevation the app showed more information like # of runs, speed, and even better yet, a map showing where we skied.

How is this not a feature. Logging in every ski day is a hassle. Every time I close the app I have to re log in. Awful. Everything else is great
Some dude that loves it
Have to sign in every time you use the app and doesn't work with face ID. Didn't used to be this way. Lift maps are only on the app not on paper. Just what you want to do in frigid weather on a ski lift - fumble around with your phone. Plus the maps don't load half the time. Would have been acceptable if Vail Resorts would have put a map on every lift chair and put signs next to every run sign indicating what is groomed but they didn't do either.
