You don’t have big enough payouts why no t start off with a bigger start bonus the games are great but to small bet amounts add more credits and higher payouts

I been playing long time it’s was really nice game but when Game name change new themes it’s has lot of bugs last time I won big but my game closed by self, I can’t send kudos and send my friends Likes. HOPE YOU GUYS FIX THATS ISHU.

I have played this game forever and it use to be awesome but now it does not payout well , it takes forever to go up a level like emerald or ruby.... I have been almost at ruby forever and the head to heads seem to be worse as well and you rarely get to a high reward , and it’s few and far between . The bonus that you spin the wheels and get what machine , how many spins and what bet level , it use to be maybe at least once a week where you got a medium bet and now it is so rare it’s horrifying. Really disappointed this game use to be great but now not so much ... don’t think it would payout well unless you purchase

Since the name change update, you can’t send “kudos “ to jackpot winners and collect blue chips. You click the button and nothing happens. Also what happened to the odds? I mean what’s the point of playing this game if you’re out of coins after two spins???

I had 5 bonus spins totaling 60,480pts when out of nowhere the game freeze. I blew it off because it somehow started working again within 30 seconds or so but my bonus winnings were lost.Same thing happened again except I was on 56 of 65 bonus spins when it froze.I was not happy.Non if the features worked except game chat. I asked anyone if they knew what I could do and the answers were all the same....close app and restart is only option plus no winnings.Thats crazy to me.I play every day and make purchases also and so imagine my attitude when I was compensated only 9,000 for those two games and absolutely nothing the 3rd freeze.I have the screenshots as proof but no way to send to support team.

Epic new name, love the colors too, BUT, please fix the kudos buttons. I can't send kudos to ingame players sitting on the right side of the screen nor when other players win tournaments or challenges that pop down at the top of my screen. Given that ones progress relies on sending & receiving kudos, this would be an epic fail. Changed my rating from 5 stars to 3. Once it's fixed, I will be happy to update my review again. ----------- Another year gone by, still loving the game. Thank you Big Fish!!! ~~~~~~~~~ Love the games. Payouts could be better BUT, unlike other slots game apps., you're not harassed to purchase coins to keep playing.
