The site has shut me down because I don’t have Facebook friends and don’t spend any real money. So though I’ve loved this site for over 2 years, I am about ready to press delete. It is no longer fun! They, meaning Epic Diamonds/Big Fish haven’t rewarded me at all in big slot wins to keep me interested. In Head to Head I can no longer progress. Even if I win a round, it automatically goes to prize and just today my “next round” was completely deleted for me! I never even got to play it OR get the prize. And lately when I play tournaments not all my wins are recorded on the leaderboard so I don’t progress like I should have -especially free spins. Not fun anymore! And I am NOT ever rewarded the extra opportunity free pass to play the Head to Head anymore! There haven’t been any of those challenge opportunities for 5 or 6 months. It’s been so long I’ve forgotten the name of those. They were fun too! Huge disappointment!!!!! It used to be a wonderful game.

6-15-20: the problem with the Heads Up tournament closing is still occurring. The regular tournaments that go on all day are not crediting all wins to the tournament score.Getting an epic win on a game during a tournament is huge and often will lead to being in a winning position. However for the past month or so when playing tournaments you may or may not be credited for your wins. Everyone is experiencing this and commenting about it. Big fish needs to get a new IT department! Fix this crap! PLEASE!! Back to one star rating ?? 4-29-20: Big Fish listened! They credited my account 15 million coins for the Heads Up tournament mess ups. Upping my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Thank you, Big Fish! 4-22-20: 8 days ago I made it to the quarterfinals in the Heads-Up tournament; I’m STILL “awaiting opponent”. I am so disappointed! I could really use a big win and this happens. ? I’ve played this game for many years. When it changed names 2 years ago, the CS support stopped. Updates to the game stopped. No new games have been added. The Heads Up tournaments rarely let you get past the 4th round, then when you do, no opponent is matched with you, so you can’t complete the tournament. You get no payout when this happens but they may give you a heads up ticket for a free game.. Whoopie! Customer service gives no support when you request it. If I could rate this negative stars, I would! This game has official become a piece of ?!

App has been super buggy lately. Shutting down, ads constantly playing without getting a ticket, heads up tourney’s closing or not being able to finish because it says waiting on opponent when you get to the finales. Seriously LOVE the app up until all the weird stuff.

The slots are great, except if you want to participate in tournaments. Be prepared to win, but not see your winnings added up next to your name. I even purchased coins, and still was cheated out of winnings during these tournaments. Most of those I would have placed top 10 and received some amount of payout?. Instead, I was held at myplace just below the winning Lin e and cheated out of my points. Don’t waste your money or your time!!!

Horrible response from customer service. They don’t really “read” your complaints but immediately suggest online options so they don’t have to do anything. Then when you can get someone they don’t really resolve your problem. I’m deleting this app and going elsewhere!

Tournaments close hourly, Still waiting on 3 different VS tournaments. If I could give you a NEGATIVE 100 I would. No response from previous concerns!

I wish you would fix the bugs in the tournament rounds. I win a round and when I push next round it says the tournament ended and tickets are offered. Looks like an uninstall in the future!

In the tournament rounds I have been waiting for months. I cannot seem to pass the second round. It says tournament is over or awaiting opponent.
