I love this game but I have had so many problems with it the last several months. I am continuing to be dropped out of tournaments. I have won several tournaments and then I get dropped out or blocked preventing me from continuing my quest. What seems to be the problem? Not downloading properly, I sign in to play and it won’t download when I finally get in its over I have 0 points and my opponent whom I have never played wins. Not fun!

I’m on like level 296. Been playing for a year or two. I’ve noticed lately that I’ll be in a tournament and I’m watching the score board thing and my winnings aren’t showing up. And it’s making me mad. It’s always glitching lately. I won round 1 on the daily tournament and it’s giving me 1 ticket. I wanna go on to the next round! You guys DONT respond to emails or ticket requests. UPDATE YOUR APP AND FIX YOUR GLITCHES!!

What’s happening with the head 2 head games

While playing a head to head game on a Saturday, 5\29 the game stopped and then only awarded 20,000 when it should be 3 Times as much. Also, I’ve reached out to Bigfish about the head to head wins that I never recd pay for. Again it was over the weekend when you receive 3 times as much and I never got paid. I made it to the 7th round. This happened 3 times. I send a photo showing this and never received a response. What is going on Big Fish. Do you like frauds g your customers. Even today, 6/6. The head to head is not even letting me play the game. It’s automatically ending the game and asking if I want to replay. Also, I should be getting 3x the amount, and I didn’t. Fix your game.

This game has big problems now. Used to be a great game! The tournaments are all messed up. Last time this game was updated was over two years ago, that should tell you all you need to know about this game. Don’t even think of wasting money on this game.

This game used to be fun with the tournaments. Too many times have I’ve gotten to the quarter finals and still waiting an opponent. Even when I win within a hour it says I ran out of time and collect 1 ticket. When I contact the app owners they keep circling me back to their web page to explain the tournament rules. Too many tickets wasted and not to mention $. I wish an honest answer was given to me. Also, the tournament hasn’t changed in months! This game really went down the drain.
