The illusion of luck

Definitely algorithm based. When I first started I would win enough to make some ground, triggering bonuses fairly regularly. Then I won big (18 million I think), and the luck shut off. It was night and day. Almost like there is a cap where before you cross is you do pretty well but after you cross a line you don't recover. Seemingly ever. How often you trigger bonuses is the difference between winning and losing credits in the long term. You don't usually win much with the regular slots, but can potentially and regularly hit big when you trigger the bonuses. No bonus triggers = steady slide down. After I hit that big win, bonus games suddenly got extremely rare, and when I did manage to hit them I didn't win much. I stretched out my winnings by betting small for weeks, and slowly but surely each time I played I would end up down from where I started, hitting very few bonuses. My balance from 18 mil to zero was a straight diagonal line down over the course of weeks, with a few small gimmes in there. It was pretty shocking how bad my "luck" got, and for how long. Before, I would hit the bonus games every 15-30 spins maybe. After I won big one time, it changed instantly. Now I trigger a bonus maybe every 75-100 spins. And with smaller winnings. It's just too drastic to be chance. I even tried a small purchase because I really enjoyed playing these games with a higher level of luck and thought a purchase might kick the algorithm in the pants... but it made no difference at all. Eventually ran dry, and played on free coins for a while. The luck never came back. The games are cool and well done, which is why I gave it an extra star. I would be playing this game a lot if I didn't straight lose everything every time I play. Pity..

Fun games, it’s to bad that you rarely win. Love playing these games, but can’t play very long because you don’t win much. The daily bonuses are a joke. To be a big fish casino, it’s pays terrible compared to their other games like Jackpot Magic. They really need to step up the daily and hourly coin bonuses so more people would recommend playing it.

This is really my favorite game to play, it seem's that the games are to tight. When all you do is loose it takes the fun away. And the Tournaments are a real JOKE.... You give free tickets and you can count on making it at least past 2 games and to move forward you have to use your free tickets or buy 2 for $4.99 and it will take 3 to move on. Who thinks of this? Too expensive!! I can see you loosing gamers just due to the cost. There are other games out there. Somebody please fix so we can all be happy!

Since the name change I have twice participated in promos and no received the advertised benefit. The promo will say it will pay out 48 hours after promo ends and I received nothing. Additionally the payout of slots has significantly decreased. Emails sent to support asking them to honor their promotion is just answered by a bot and they still do not honor their promotion. Pretty sleazy.
