Bare bones minimum

Better than nothing. Enphase needs to offer homeowners a better display. Logout needs to be in a convenient place. Too easy to accidentally get to places where a person who has already purchased a system does not need to be sold on solar. And then too frustrating to get back to the production display. Needs work
Audio Notifications

It would be beneficial for solar users to be notified by sound alerts on their cell phone, iPads, etc. when their solar batteries are in use during power outages. Even though current configurations by Enphase notifies us by text or email, no audio (sound alert) notifications have been created. This will help if asleep, an audio notification will alert us when solar batteries are in use. Then we can follow Enphase recommended steps to extend solar battery life by turning off (unplugging) non critical appliances in your house to help extend solar energy battery supply. Make sense! Thxs!

The app itself runs great, but more often than not, I am unable to connect to my system to get “Live Status”. I don’t know if it’s the software or the system, and it is an issue. A feature I would like to see would be the ability to export the usage and production data to an Excel/CVS file.

This app is actually frustrating, always 2-4 hours behind, very basic and simplistic! I would expect that if a company charges $45k for a Solar Panel system they ought to be able to pair it with a little bit more sophisticated monitoring system! Pretty disappointed!

I’m an Apple app developer, was so excited about my solar system and being able to monitor with an app, because I’m an app nerd. So far this app has been awful! Mainly because it doesn’t persist auth, I log back into my account and it acts like I’m a new customer and have to “transfer ownership”… what is this? How did this app make it into the store? Just another web wrapper app because some company doesn’t want to pay real developers to write native code. Feels like its built waaaaay offshore. Fix it!

So far so good! This is our first week. I wish it updated more often. I try and refresh the screen and nothing changes. Is there a trick to it?

We purchased our enphase solar system through Artisan Electric and so far have been delighted with ease of use, professionalism of the installation and performance of the system. We are definitely producing more energy than consumption in the Winter months and look forward to viewing the results in the Summer when both production and consumption will be higher. The system powers our home, our Tesla and two Pedego electric bikes. Excited to being part of the solution when it comes to protecting our environment.
