I liked to see what my system is producing, but you never know if it updated. For instance, my system has not updated in 12 hours.

The app is very user friendly with very few technical interruptions. I’m able to monitor my solar from anywhere I have cell service or WiFi. It’s nice to see the yearly solar production to see how much money I’m saving. According to the app, the solar system is producing more Mwhr than the estimate they gave me.
Never able to get in touch with support

I’m been trying now for a couple of days to get someone from technical support to help troubleshoot why my system keeps going off line via WIFI.
