From the very beginning, 6 years ago for our house, Enphase has been a superior info system for the health and efficiency of our PV array.

I don’t like the support or the warranty. It is hard to get them to do anything. I have been down for a month and a half.

I’m a journeyman electrician with Perihelion Solar in Russellville, AR and I think this product is great. We installed a number of Enphase Grid-tied systems and recently completed our First Ensemble storage system. The Enlighten monitoring system is great, it allows us to remotely monitor systems and send monthly system reports. Our customers also love having the ability to monitor their system and see their energy production. The Enphase technical support is also very helpful and quick to respond to your issues. If your looking for a solar system I highly recommend.

I like that this app keeps me abreast of what’s going on with my solar system. I like that it provides explanations for certain activities. I like it.

This review process is a pain.

System is slow to update and jury is still out on accuracy. I usually wait a couple months before I write a review to be sure. If I get asked for an update I’ll write another one for the accuracy.

Since getting my new solar system I am amazed with how well 7 plus micro converters work. The app is simple. I just love watching how much energy I produce each day.

We had eight ground mounted solar panels placed on our rural property in November, and they went online December four. After about a month we got the app and are now getting real time readings of the solar output as well as our household energy usage. The graph is detailed enough for me to know when the hot tub is turning on at night and when it needs to have its clock reset. A minor concern is that the graph of household energy usage is not accurate, since it doesn’t show exactly how much of the solar production is actually being sent back to the grid at any moment. Therefore, some but not all of the totals showing match the direct readouts at the house.The readouts mostly make sense, including showing two panels which get afternoon shade from local trees, the effect of snow buildup on the panels, and The effect of clouds coming and going.

We would prefer to see what our daily energy use was compared to what we generated so that we know how much goes back to the grid. We feel that we are very uninformed with this app

Love being able to see what I am producing and consuming. One thing I would like to see in the app is the ability to set my credit from my utility company. Instead of a 1 to 1 ratio it is more like .4 to 1 So it wold be great to see my true net import for my ratio instead of just the 1 to 1 that is the default. Thanks.
