BEST VAULT! Passwords*Personal Info*

pmhgeneral

I have been using the Enpass app about 5-years and it has become my most used app of every day with auto logins of passwords to other personal information I store. I keep service records of my car’s and next time due and setup group’s for each of these types of things same goes for home maintenance items. Take your time doing and setting up your entries in the vault, it’s very easy and quick to do and all kinds of choices to choose from. I recommend this app and say it’s # 1.

Look elsewhere for a password manager

The product has some good features and I was using it primarily because my password are stored locally. I used the desktop app and I also bought the iOS version to remove the 20 entries limitation. However since Enpass moved to a yearly subscription model they downgraded my iOS version to the free trial and refused to give me back my app unless I buy it again for $59.99 where it used to be $9.99. Their greediness made me move to Bitwarden which is equally robust and has even more features for FREE. Shame on you Enpass on how you chosen to support your paid customers. You gain $10 from me and you bought this review.

Must Have!

This is a must have password vault that works on all platforms and syncs between them with ease. I’ve been using it since back in my “Blackberry” days. Thanks for all your work Enpass Team!

Constant issues with sync. Password change not working

Gd121142!

It seems there are lots of bugs I have been very frustrated with password related issues. For example, I change the password but I can’t login with new password and still have to put old password. Unable to restore my data because it is not accepting my new or old password I made the lates backup again than I try to restore on the new phone. Can’t restore and it is telling me that the backup is using password as of last year when I just changed the password. Then I go to the computer and change password. Same issue. Also the sync is not updating databases across devices. Restore option doesn’t allow you to pick up the backup you want. I am going to try another software.

Best ever

Been using for a couple of years. Reliable and easy to use.

Prompts to register for my email

jonschuster2

I love the app. Just doing this because they want me to register my account to “use across all devices”. There’s no way to clear this prompt if I don’t want to register?? Privacy is big with password managers and they shouldn’t badger me for my information. I’ve already purchased the app on a few platforms. I’ll put my review to 5 stars when the prompt leaves my app.

Perfect

Simple, easy to use and user friendly.

Good alternative to 1pass

nonstopme

Pros: + custom categories + sync via many different cloud services + price Cons: - not native UI on macOS - unable to set 2fa login

From Good To Great

Enpass is the third password manager I’ve used over the past several years of more than a decade. This particular update for the iPad version solved an anomaly for me where Enpass would quit when doing a common copy/paste function in use. I expressed my frustration to the developer and received a prompt reply. They worked on it, and after a couple of quick updates it’s fixed. That’s real customer service. I especially like the Enpass password generator that can be easily set to accommodate websites with their unique requirements and limitations. Enpass is an elegant password manager, whether on my Android phone, MacOS laptop, or iPad tablet. After being setup to sync with Dropbox, each device’s app is up-to-date automatically when opened. It’s one of those rare occasions where security is not compromised by convenience. Congratulations to the developers on their diligent work. What more can I say than, it’s GREAT!
