Password rating is a pain

The app continually “rates” your passwords as you enter them. A potentially good feature, however it frequently rates long, complex passwords, (which merchant sites rate as “strong”) as weak, or very weak. The best you’ll ever get is “average”.

Buggy Update No Response from Support

I paid to use Enpass.io on my iPhones — one-time fee for “lifetime” use. Worked well for YEARS. Had one employer adopt it for use, recommended it to many others. But since app went to a subscription model while supposedly grandfathering me into continued lifetime use at no extra cost, the app has CRASHED 100% of the time on mobile for ONE MONTH, I can no longer log into the support forum to get help, my message sent thru the site asking help for was ignored, along with my public tweet. Right now, changes I make on my desktop (MacBook Air) no longer sync with my mobile (iPhone) & vice versa. A definite no-no especially for 1) a password protection app 1) that I paid for to do that very thing and 3) what we all expect across Apple devices. They seem to WANT me to abandon the product. I think with their new business model, as an old customer my value (and proditability) to Enpass.io is limited. Can no longer recommend. Don’t let them take your money and run.

Ransoming my passwords back to me is bs!

I had used Enpass for years and loved it. Then I updated the app and could no longer get to the passwords I had saved in it without upgrading. Such crap. This app lost any support from me and frankly you would be stupid to use it.

A simple money scam

Enpass used to be a good password management tool, so much so that I actually purchased it in the App Store to sync my PC data with my iPhone data. Then something happened where it started trying to get me to buy it again. Then it closed me out to 25 items and wanted me to subscribe...no thanks, your interface is too much trouble for me to keep paying for it over and over. I am finding a new app.
