Can’t even move past the first step

I’m trying to connect my bank account, but I can’t even move past the first step. I keep getting “invalid credentials” but I’m literally looking at my bank settings and I’m putting in the correct information. I also can’t find any way to contact the developers, so this is very frustrating.

I use it for daily spend tracking and they just updated the app to show $ left in month, rather than +\- to where you should be in the month (based on day). I'll start using a different app unless they change this back.
