Can’t even move past the first step – Empower: Cash Advance & Credit Review

I’m trying to connect my bank account, but I can’t even move past the first step. I keep getting “invalid credentials” but I’m literally looking at my bank settings and I’m putting in the correct information. I also can’t find any way to contact the developers, so this is very frustrating.
