Incomplete app

So I played this game for quite some time and couldn't figure out a lot of things that I found online on guides. After joining the forums, I found out that the app doesn't have all the features of the game that the browser version does so using the app is pointless. Launching a game on app store that's incomplete and doesn't have all the features that are already implemented in browser version of the game that other players are using is pretty stupid and unprofessional imo.

I just got on it and I had to start all over again and I had a huge place it makes me really mad I mean wrist game ever do not get the game I feel really bad as I write this but I need to warn people about it so yeah do not get this app it’s not worth it

I have played for nearly two years and I love how the game progresses. It’s a great way to relax and get your mind off of anything negative. Highly recommended!

Great game- but can be expensive

The game is fun and addicting. The problem is it can be expensive. I wish there were other ways to get diamonds without having to purchase them. That’s where it gets expensive .

I loved this game. Addicted in 15 minutes. The next day I bought one of their feature packages. I have the proof I paid for it went through appropriate channels to receive either my package or my money back. I was then met with the exchange and final resolve of we have to wait for apple to provide a real receipt then until we can help you. Ridiculous. I waited reset the game even gave it till the next day in case of a glitch. I have the proof and yet they refuse to resolve this issue. I will be deleting my account and trying to find a new game to play. Beware of purchases because they will make sure you don’t get your money or packages.

Innogames: In Forge of Empires, I can pack up my city easily, replan, and re-layout. In Elvenar, I can’t. Can you please make that available in Elvenar? It’s enormously frustrating - it’s actually un-fun trying to rearrange cities like this, and FoE is too ugly to play anymore. Thanks.

Lacks some capabilities on iPad.

Unable to use knowledge points on fellowship ancient wonders or see who has contributed to mine on iPad or iPhone. Really hinders gameplay. Love the game on a pc or laptop.

I’ve been playing this game for about 8 months. I’m on Dwarves chapter & have made many, MANY purchases throughout my playing. During tourneys and quests the game usually puts up offers with bonuses or bundle pkgs. I have experienced several times the failure of the game to receive the ‘bonus’ offers after making a purchase. I’ve sent messages to Customer Support and every time, they fail to correct or add the amount of offer.

Overall I enjoy this game but please allow us to pull buildings and such off map and put into inventory in order to rework our cities and paths.
