Buyer Beware! CS doesn’t make corrections. – Elvenar - Fantasy Kingdom Review

I’ve been playing this game for about 8 months. I’m on Dwarves chapter & have made many, MANY purchases throughout my playing. During tourneys and quests the game usually puts up offers with bonuses or bundle pkgs. I have experienced several times the failure of the game to receive the ‘bonus’ offers after making a purchase. I’ve sent messages to Customer Support and every time, they fail to correct or add the amount of offer.
