Since o sign in this app or became a premium member I haven’t gotten any visitors or messages from anyone, that’s really bad

They are are ripping people off because you can’t communicate or see who they are talking to unless you fork out money to the app my parents met way before and they had never paid a dime on the app but they are happily married so if any of the eharmony people see this make it free not a paid membership

Its NOT WORTH IT. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and time. There are way BETTER dating apps even FREE ones that ACTUALLY have REAL customer service out there!!! How is it I get ripped off here and can NOT even get a live person on the phone for months?!?!?! Please do no waste your time money or energy on this. The site is fake or at least not what it was yrs ago the first time around that I had used it yrs ago. I signed up over the spring yet have not used EHarmony in many months because most of the profiles and matches you get aren’t real. It’s other members unable to delete their profile. I suppose it’s to boost the numbers somehow and you still get matched to people that don’t use it. I doubt any other site makes it that impossible to delete a profile Unfortunately I broke my phone over the summer and haven’t been able to log on and “follow the steps to discontinue subscription” I have tried calling and contact eharmony unsuccessfully since the summer. The phone lines STINK... tell me how there was a live person quickly able to assist me to sign me up on the phone HOWEVER ironically NO ONE ANSWERS the phone as I have NOT been able to get anyone to answer the calls I made for months since I’ve needed customer service and assistance with the matter!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER it is NONEXISTENT SERVICE!!! I can’t reset password to inactivate profile, terminate subscription, ERASE profile and most importantly REMOVE my pics from this fake site with old profiles of people like myself that no longer use it and can’t get customer service to actually help either on phone or via email. The email response appears like an automated general response. (Only further frustrating me about the situation I’ve been trying to resolve. ITS THE WORST SITE YOU CAN GO ON NOT WHAT IT SELLS ITSELF TO BE. I want my money back and my pictures off the site and account completely erased. YET it appears that isn’t happening. This is my BIGGEST DATING REGRET!!! Waste of money too!!! I will try to have bank stop any and all payments and will have to get a new card to avoid billing which is a P-I-A. Unfortunately it I might be stuck having my pics and profile up despite my wishes and efforts to have it removed however I will still try to find a way.

This may have once been a top dating company but with their really high prices and many more companies competing with them it’s not worth half the price. 6 months of membership has led to 0 dates, most matches are incomplete profiles, and the few profile visits I do get are girls from a different country. I’d recommend henge or cmb over eharmony any day. I’ve gone on 2 dates from bumble, 2 dates from cmb, 3 dates from henge, and 2 dates from tinder (definitely don’t recommend tinder). If you like profiles I’m with 0-1 photos and 2 questions filled out then eharmony is the site to pick.

Hardly anyone uses the app because you can only contact other premium members. Got a 3 day trial and glad I didn’t pay for it. Would have been a waste.

I decided to pay for the premium so I could actually see the pictures. Instead of charging me monthly they charged me for the whole year. I did not want to spend $350 in one day for this! ??

If you do decide to waste your money, be sure to cancel the automatic subscription renewal, $250 for no matches within a three hour drive is ridiculous and their matches are a joke. I am very active and got matched with couch potatoes and got messages from creepy predators. I fell for their smooth advertising and just want to prevent others from doing the same.
