Easy to use and the people at the stores are so willing to help. It also shows me what I have order which helps a lot.

It seems anything that requires sending data via network connection will fail. You can't finalize an order. You cannot add contacts. I'm surprised that it's even possible to log in. It feels like you have an app just to say you have one. But it needs to actually work

Considering everything is made to order you should be able to make custom fruit selection or boxes, also takes a week to make a small order. If I’m going to pay $80 for a piece of fruit I’m not waiting a week for it?
Unavailable Items

App doesn't warn you that items are unavailable until after select the items and go through the trouble of entering name, address, and phone info. Would be helpful to know at least when the item is selected. Wasting unnecessary time on the app since lots of items are unavailable this time of year with Mother's Day and graduations.

Every item I choose is unavailable to deliver to the address I choose. What makes it worse is that it doesn’t let you search availability by address, but rather tells you after you go through everything. I also have a coupons I cannot use because nothing can be delivered. I even tried pick-up options and still no dice. Worthless app if it won’t do anything for me.
Charged Twice for No Reason on iOS App

I went to checkout for a Mother’s Day gift, so seeing that Edible Arrangements has a mobile app, I thought that would be easier than the mobile browser version. Low and behold I get charged twice for the same exact item, and only found out while in the actual store. In the app, I went to checkout, and when using my payment method (Apple Pay), and clicked “Confirm”. It then prompted me that it could not be processed due to my last name missing from the Billing details. I went ahead and corrected this, and entered the app to checkout. This time everything went through, but for some reason, it decided that I would lime to purchase the same exact product again, even though it’s very expensive... this is just a shame that their NATIVE iOS APP is Worse than the mobile browser version. I am expecting a refund, and will follow up my review with an updated rating once my refund is cleared. Store gave me no refund receipt, but I was given the manager’s card. Lets see what happens next, seeing as Edible Arrangements doesn’t even have a “Support” tab IN THE APP. “Customer service? Nah, screw that - we good” - EdibleArrangements.com Upper Mgmt...
Charged But No Confirmation

Ordered via App, Was Charged But No Confirmation, No Delivery. Called Every Store In The Area...Got No Where! Called Corporate...On Hold For 20+ Mins. Terrible!

I just recently updated the app either 7/10 or 7/11 & now the app crashes on start up. Please fix!!!
