Easy to use but as the day of delivery was winding down I called to check on the status of my order and they could not find my order even though I was giving them the order number. The store clerk then asked how I placed my order. With the edible app I said, she was then able to find the order. I can only speculate but it seems they didn’t check their email at the expense of a friend who desperately needed to be cheered up. Instead of a happy surprise this wonderful lady received one more let down at my expense.

It’s Valentine’s Day. Sent two orders to two different people. Paid additional 10$ (20$ per order) order because it’s “Valentine’s Day “. I got 2 emails that say “the order is delivered”. Since no one is home they left a card for them to call the store. The store doesn’t answer the phone, so I guess it will not be delivered today. Waste of money and time.

It doesn’t show that you have an order even if you have a order number. I’m not sure if that’s because I ordered online through the website first or not but I wish it would also show when the person has arrived


No delivery or customer service

I purchased a Mother’s Day arrangement to be delivered on the 9th. It was getting late in the afternoon and the delivery was never made. I called and called but was not able to get any answer. I called the main number to only get disconnected when I tried getting ahold of a customer service rep. I entered into a chat with a rep and received nothing but double talk. Even though my order was placed far enough in advance and the payment was charged against my account, I received no delivery whatsoever. I tried calling the next day to only get the same thing as the previous day. I find Edible Arrangements is a big rip off. They ruined a special day for a very special person. I drove to the store location which was only 2 miles from the delivery address to find no one there. I would not trust Edible Arrangements to do nothing but take your money leaving you high and dry. No customer service and absolutely no service at all

I ordered a Mother’s Day basket & 2 cake pops. When my family received them the chocolate covered strawberries were all messed up & all over the place & they shorted me one cake pop. I spent $100 & this is how they treat you.

Just read there FB page and yelp reviews. They over promised and under preformed. The app works great, but do not assume you will get your order. When you do get the order the produce is garbage or it will never come at all!!

Since you can’t leave a review anywhere on their app or website, I’m writing it on the App Store. My most recent order from Edible Arrangements was my first & last order with them. My arrangement was made at the Murrysville, PA store. I ordered it for my mom & step dad’s 4th wedding anniversary. I had read some reviews after I ordered about deliveries not being made so I started to worry. Every time I checked my confirmation email to check the status, nothing was updating. So, I called the day it was expected to be delivered just to check the status. The woman on the phone was extremely rude to me from the start. As I went to say, “thank you, have a nice day” I was HUNG UP on as soon as I said “thank-“ the order was delivered. But, they forgot to add on the additional things I requested for the arrangement, which I paid extra for. Very disappointed with this experience. I also tried to call customer service & they are currently closed so I could not speak with anyone.
