Charged Twice for No Reason on iOS App – Edible Arrangements Review

I went to checkout for a Mother’s Day gift, so seeing that Edible Arrangements has a mobile app, I thought that would be easier than the mobile browser version. Low and behold I get charged twice for the same exact item, and only found out while in the actual store. In the app, I went to checkout, and when using my payment method (Apple Pay), and clicked “Confirm”. It then prompted me that it could not be processed due to my last name missing from the Billing details. I went ahead and corrected this, and entered the app to checkout. This time everything went through, but for some reason, it decided that I would lime to purchase the same exact product again, even though it’s very expensive... this is just a shame that their NATIVE iOS APP is Worse than the mobile browser version. I am expecting a refund, and will follow up my review with an updated rating once my refund is cleared. Store gave me no refund receipt, but I was given the manager’s card. Lets see what happens next, seeing as Edible Arrangements doesn’t even have a “Support” tab IN THE APP. “Customer service? Nah, screw that - we good” - EdibleArrangements.com Upper Mgmt...
