I haves ordered a small fruit Bouquet so I went to go pick it up and the door was lock and no one was there even though there was a sign that said that it is open from 8:00am to 7:30pm. I waited for 2 hours

I had ordered the Berry Bunny Platter, mind you that it is 60 bucks. Not only did they deliver it to the wrong apartment, but they also had me go to the store and pick it up myself. When I had called the male from the store he had told me that he would talk to the delivery driver and get back to me. One hour later he still hadn’t called me back. But anywho If I ordered delivery It’s to have it DELIVERED to me not to go and get it myself. If I wanted to do that I would have done it in the first place. And to top it off the fruits weren’t even sweet, the chocolate was honestly kind of bitter. Overall it just was nothing to what I was expecting it to taste like. Definitely don’t recommend buying from them. Save yourself the time and money and go order somewhere else!!

Ordering after giving it access to contacts it won’t let select an entry - after searching the entries are grayed out. And that birthday gift, forget it, three years now where the code does nothing regardless of what I pick. Don’t bother with terms and conditions, added a hundred bucks worth of items and the code applies, but no free dipped fruit.

I have used edible arrangements for past 7 mothers days. Really don’t have a problem with product or service. I have a problem with them giving me a free gift with promo code, and the store not honoring it. I wouldn’t have written this if they just shut up and provided good service. Now it’s wasting my time to go after some stupid Chocolet covered fruit that I can make at home in 15 mins.
App doesn’t work

The app kept giving me "invalid cart total" error message, but it still charged my card. It also gave the order to a NC store for a delivery in HI. No one has responded to my emails.

I ordered $50 worth of fruits dipped in chocolate. I noticed the dipped strawberries were the most spoil and mildew fruits. The only ok tasting fruit was the pineapples. I ordered from the Kissimmee Florida store smh. I could of went to Walmart for $2 fruits.

Keep trying to contact store due to me knowing she wouldn’t be at the job site after a certain time. Called to cancel order that morning and was not allowed. She never received her order

We have tried to send my granddaughter a gift because she has the flu. The driver called & said he couldn’t find the address. At that time I gave him specific instructions on how to get there & he assured me he would call back if he had any problems! Not one word from him & get a text that it was “undeliverable”. I contacted the delivery address & they stated they had been home all day & no one had contacted them!!!! Very angry & driver won’t answer his phone. We would have given him a significant tip if it could have made it!!!!!!
