Support has been very quick and to the point. Product has worked flawlessly for over 16 months. Good value.

can not set a program to turn it on at sumset and turn it off at a fixed time. 比如日落开灯, 11:00 关灯

Bought 2 plugs at Home Depot and had them hooked up in minutes but couldn't get it working with LTE. Customer Service was excellent in contacting me and walking me thru it. Very affordable compared to similar products. Now I can control lights, tv and even my coffee maker from anywhere.

I use several of these at home and also at work. Connecting was easy and having remote access is great. I emailed support asking how to turn them on at sunset & off at a specific time and they emailed right back with a work around that works fine. Basically you set the Sunset Off time to be earlier than the Sunset On time. Then you add another timer to turn it On for a couple of minutes (but its actually already On) and then set the Off for the specific time you want.

For a $20 plug at Walmart, I am very satisfied. It was easy to set up, I can set different kinds of timers, and I can access it when I'm out as long as my home wifi is working (and the data on my phone). The one wish I have is to connect it through IFTTT so I can set other triggers that are not timers - eg, turn on the light 10 min after sunset or turn off the heater when I leave the house.

I had an OLD Plug-n-Power setup from RadioShack then saw these. You have to pay attention to the setup steps for the first one or two but then it's super easy. Not crazy about the layout (it could have customizable icons with tabs to make it easier to manage groups of devices). But it performs exactly as it should.

Bought a eco plug about 6 months ago for a rope light I use while I'm on my computer. keeps me from having to crawl under my desk all the time. The iPhone app works great android not so much. keep seeing talk about cellular, it works great from the cloud but my personal preference is to disable that I'm sure someone could use that as a backdoor into your network. As your wifi info is on the device. I rated 4 simply because I'd rather be able to control it from my computer.

I have to admit that installation was not bad and went pretty much as the instructions said. What I would have liked would have been an integration into iHome or Siri. The basic idea should entail allowing me ask my watch to turn on lights. Siri knows how to interpret the spoken English language. So why can't it link to named switches and flick them on or off?

The app works pretty well with my Eco Plugs wall outlet, but will you please make it compatible with Apple Home Kit or Siri
