Won’t Connect to Google as Promised!!!

It’s been months that they claim to be working on making it work through an io device and it has yet to happen. They haven’t put out an update in a year. Yet it works properly and allows link up to google home if you have an Android. Very lazy and poor customer service on the part of the app developers. ????????
App won’t go to provision to home WiFi anymore

Tried to reinstall plugs and now the app never presents the ability to provision the device with home WiFi information. Please update. My switches are bricks now.
Junk since the update does not work on LTE Wi-Fi only

Since the update a few days ago now it only works on Wi-Fi in my house it won’t work on LTE it work before the update I could be down the street and click the light on and off now I got a stand over top of the light to click it on and off with Wi-Fi I would give it negative one store if I could

Have had this plug that I connect my Christmas tree every year. I put a timer and forget about having to turn on and off.

More and more the system screws up and I find myself replacing the plugs rather than deal with the lack of functionality.
No access to cloud

When I am alway from home I cannot access my accessories they do not show up on my phone. Why? I thought the whole purpose of this app was to be able to control from anywhere.
