-_-.,.,.
update: Cloud never works over 4G/LTE, some of review says it worked older version. App UI/UX looks ugly, you guys should hire a designer... seriously. —————————————————- It worked fine with Amazon Alexa. After I update the app on 8/4/2017 it no longer shows the list of device on the app (unless you keep the cloud option on).

I’ve been using this for over a year without issues. For some reason, as of today, the app won’t open. Frustrating!

So far, the plug works as intended. I have to give it three stars for the HIDEOUS and outdated looking UI. It is not appealing at all. Also needs support for the iPhone X screen.

I have 12 of them and they’re easy to program and to use. Only issue is that they turn off and stay off after power failures. Tech support is also excellent.

This smart plug stopped working via cellular data. You have to be on a WiFi network (home or away) for the plug to work (defies the purpose). Resetting the device does not help. It used to work. A software update combined with T-Mobile network messed up the cloud connection. I have other smart plug brands and they work flawlessly. If you’re on T-Mobile network, this smart plug is not for you (Don’t Buy). Wemo or Tp-Link work without any issues. I am working with Eco customer support to resolve this issue. If it’s resolved, I will edit this review and provide better rating.

I have two outdoor and 4 indoor WiFi plugs. They are quick to connect to WiFi and a instant responsive to the app. I am overall very pleased. Improvements I would appreciate is google home integration and updated app UI.
