Thumbs down ???????????

I wish I could give this app 0 stars. It used to be really great until they basically started shelling out pennies to the users who provide them the data THEY need. Not much money to be made here anymore and it's only a matter of time before they shut down. Good riddance???

No Longer A Good Company

InDepth Review

Once upon a time, ES was a good company to work for. No one ever got rich shifting, but it was possible to build profitable routes of "shifts" to do at one period in time. Unfortunately, those days are now gone with no sign of return. Ever since the company received millions of dollars from investors, and venture capitalists, the company has become progressively worse to work for through continual pay cuts. Over time, the pay keeps on dropping while the requirements keep on going up. As a result of this, it is actually possible to end up working for less than min wage or even at a loss if you are not good with math, and just "trust" them to be fair. So if you want to make money, do yourself a favor and find another way. There are many opportunities out there if you look hard enough. Even an entry level job at McDonalds or Walmart would pay you more than this. Also, be advised that some reviews on here that come across as very positive may be from ES employees as anyone can post a review on the App Store. "Sebastian" for example, is the name an ES employee that works in their engineering department.

Don't bother

Despite the bad reviews, I went ahead and tried two shifts. The first was Walmart. It said that it paid up to$32.00 for the shift and stated it was a picture shift. No problem, right? Whatever. First, you look for specific items within the store. When I specific, I mean bar code number specific. If you find the item, you are to take several photos of that item and send. This sounds pretty simple, or at least that's what o thought. The item description given requires you to guess and figure out what they want. Once you can figure that out, then you have to hunt for the particular item with that bar code. If you can't find the item, you then take a picture of the display area for the app. Then you are sent to search for other items in the area. I was in Walmart for two hours and only found one of the ten things I had searched for on the list. There was still half a dozen more items they wanted for the full payment. I had been there so long that I was being followed by store employees and security. One employee told me they were watching me because I was acting "weird", so I might want to just leave. I got $9.00 for that shift. When I left Walmart, I noticed a shift at a local chain restaurant, so I decided to go get lunch and do the shift while there. It said it was a shift for Signage and Tap Handles. I loved this because I use to tend bar and I always love the Tap Handle designs. Once I got to the location, I was actually able to read the requirements for the shift. The amount of photos required was ridiculous. Instead of asking what handles were on tap, it wanted two specific photos of both bar areas. It also wanted photos of the general bar area and several photos of specific signs. I attempted to get the photos requested but in order to get them all, I would have to walk around the restaurant searching for things. Not only is this uncomfortable but staff starts staring. The manager walked up and one point to see if I had an issue. That's when I quit. The job paid $7.00 and was not worth the crap they wanted. All in all, not worth it. Not worth the gas or money to go to these places to search out items for photos. It's not worth the stares or having security follow you around like you're a criminal. Won't do it again.

This app is great and fun!

This app is by far my most favorite out of all of the apps that I have! Where is the place where you can check off 100 stars, because I don't see it? This app is a lot of fun and helped me make a significant amount of money in a short period of time. I highly recommend this app for anybody else who would like to do the same. Also, the staff at EasyShift are amazing and very easy to work with. I would give this app eleven stars if I could! SIMPLY AMAZING!

Do Not Download!

Shifts nowadays only pay 3 dollars with a mystery "incentive" of a dollar. In essence, if the product isn't there you get penalized for it. Have a question or an issue? Good luck getting in touch with support. Shift gets rejected? Tough luck, they are just now getting through appeals from DECEMBER.

Going downhill Fast

This used to be a great app until the amount of work kept increasing and the amount of pay kept decreasing. I'd check out other crowdsourcing apps where you can earn a fair wage. Only way this app is worth it is if you have extra time to burn and are already in the store. Even then not really sure it's worth it personally my time is way more valuable than a few dollars id give it zero stars if I could

Terrible customer service

11bex11

I downloaded the app and completed 1 task and then it completely quit on me. It keeps logging me out and when I enter my email and/or phone number to "verify" my account it tells me an account already exists with that email/number! Yeah - MINE! After repeated tries to get customer service to help, I'm just giving up. Not worth all this trouble for $2-4 a month

It's sad I had to give it one star!!

This company is a rip off! They have you go do work then tell you they don't like the pictures you took or the clients won't accept them. I've been working for them for over a year and since the new year it has been like this. All the contractors are unhappy and not getting paid for work we do. Stay away. There are other reputable companies out there to work for that actually PAY you for your work being done.

Was bad. Now worse, not paying.

Company is self-destructing. Countdown to swan song. Pays intermittently. Will often outright stiff you. Complain and get automated response.

Pay Us!!! Please

DKpod

Why when the company is making so much money do we have to take a pay cut? Your app crashes constantly and good luck getting a response from support before your shift ends. Use the money you are making off us to hire more staff in your office, fix your app problems and give us hard working mystery shoppers what we are worth. Stop taking all the $$$ for your greedy self.
