Not a Bad App

Dsauce22

I've been successful with this app so far, it does require you to take numerous pictures and fill out many questions but I've found it's places I would have already shopped in my area. You definitely won't get rich but it's worth the time if there are shifts close to where you shop or live.

Impossible to complete

jonnymilba

The shifts are far too greedy. You are asked to complete 60 questions and photos, and it's impossible to do it without getting caught by staff. They will throw you out for taking pictures. There is not enough pay to justify all of the questions and pictures. Until this is changed, the app is unusable.

Force closes

Angelbaby517

Just redownloaded the app. Every time I click on a pin the app force closes. All shifts in my area taken.

Love the negative reviews

NicknameNotTakenYet12hdje8

I love all the negative reviews. It helps with the competition by scaring people away. I love EasyShift. I have made thousands of dollars with this app and hope to continue for a long time. Yes things have changed. So? Things change. You're all a bunch of whiney babies.

It's changed...

HappyAgent

I was a big Easy Shift supporter in the first few years. But as the pay went down and the number of photos & questions went up, I found myself taking fewer and fewer shifts. I used to check the app multiple times a day. Lately, I have picked up a few shifts at my regular grocery store, but the number of photos and questions was so ridiculous, I cancelled and decided not to try them again until I see better conditions. I say this as an experienced secret shopper and user of several other apps.

Don't Waste Your Time

KittenNelson

Do not waste your time with these crooks! I spent over an hour on a shift that was supposed to earn a whopping $5. Once I got into the questions, I quickly realized that they are very repetitive and confusing. The questions sent me back and forth, front of store to back of store, with no rhyme or reason. I completed the shift the best I could given what was present in the store, and I was told that it was not good enough and therefore would not be paid for my time. When I responded that I wouldn't be wasting anymore time with them if this is what I can expect from every shift, instead of apologizing or trying to fix the problem, they responded with, "Thanks for contacting us. I've deactivated your account and unsubscribed you from our mailing list following your request." I did not ask for my account to be deleted!! How rude!!!! Check out Field Agent if you want to make some real money!!! EasyShift is not easy and they have horrible customer service!

$5/ hour + data usage at your own expense

Seriously, don't waste your time with this awful company.

Used to be fun.

renvoize

Used to be fun grabbing 10 pins to run a route. Now with the low paid drip, I can only pick up 1 or 2 shifts every now and then. More work, less pay. Better off getting a real part time job. 7/23/17 update: Same holds true today. The app is pretty easy to use, but it's not worth the time and expenses involved refreshing the app for new shifts and traveling all over town. I've also noticed a dramatic decrease of people using the forum due to this.

WASTE OF TIME!!!!!

SpecialCay

I wish there was secret shops within 1 mi instead of 10 mi. I might get 1 out if 20 that is close where I live. Sometimes I feel like I'm on a wild goose chase for items not available at certain stores. Secondly they are always got an makeup excuse of why they can't approve a shift. This is why I prefer Field Agent over this app.

Love the company and the app

I have to say the app pays you real money. Pros: the app pays you real money within a short period of time. Staff is actually asking you to provide more photos because they want to make sure you get paid. Sometimes we submitted a product, however, it turns out not the right one. More photos help to reduce the chances get rejected. The instructions are getting much more clear now. Cons: A lot of work compared to the paid we are getting. Like $5/hr or $8/hr. Not enough shifts to make good money, but can make a few bucks for fun. Sometimes questions are a little bit unorganized, for example, it will be better put all women's shave product's questions together and then the men's. I like the company. They're not a scam. Still remember talking to the beer store owner. I was rejected the first place but explained with good attitude. Then I completed the shift. Definitely need some gut to do this. Practiced my social skills. Lol
