My child had brain surgery. Due to COVID restrictions I wasn’t allowed in. The app says it gives updates about the patient. Surgery has began and finished 3 hours ago. Still no update. If the hospital didn’t call periodically I wouldn’t know anything.

It helps with the communication between the medical staff and the parents. It was to get photos and updates from my child while they were in NICU

This app helped me relax while my one year old son was under anesthesia for the first time in his very young life. The nurses were amazing and I truly appreciated the updates.
