Does this app do something? – Ease Applications Messaging Review

My child had brain surgery. Due to COVID restrictions I wasn’t allowed in. The app says it gives updates about the patient. Surgery has began and finished 3 hours ago. Still no update. If the hospital didn’t call periodically I wouldn’t know anything.
