Hospital communication has sure come a long way. I loved the app with the exception of it not being current at the end of the procedure. The messages were delivered in an incorrect order. I had one that said the doctor would see me soon, then go to the conference room, then shortly after that was all completed, was told surgery would be ending soon, and that the doctor was waiting. At this point I had already spoken to the doctor. However, during early stages of procedure, was accurate.

This made the entire surgery process better from start to finish. I wasn’t sitting in the waiting room scared and waiting for information. We actually went to the cafeteria. Awesome!!??????

I had cardiothoracic surgery this morning, and we downloaded this app, as it was suggested at check in. My family got no updates from this whatsoever after they sent the test once everyone was connected.

It was nice getting a little message that everything was going well with my daughter’s dental procedure while I waited in the waiting room ❤️

My niece was in the hospital for a diagnostic procedure and had to be put to sleep. Our family downloaded the EASE app after the nurse had explained what it is for and we were so relieved to get updates of the procedure and can’t imagine what it would have been like to sit there and let our minds wonder with thought of “what-ifs” and going through these scary scenarios in our heads not knowing what was happening in there. Thanks EASE!!

What a difference maker, the waiting process was transformed for me and my family. We received regular updates with pictures a couple of times an hour that put us at ease and kept us informed. Five stars are not enough!

Our world was under going major surgery and we were all very anxious. This app was a god sent in providing real time updates. Gone are the days of waiting around for updates. With each profess while in surgery we were informed. Once the doctor finished we received notice he was on his way to chat. We received a final update when in recovery. This app allowed us to move around the hospital and keep our nerves at bay. Thank you so much to the developers. Wish this service was extended to ICU.

I’d love to use this, but I do not have text messaging on my line. If I could receive an access code by phone call or email and receive messages/updates in the app or by email notifications that would be great. As long as it only uses text messages I can’t do anything with it.

This app is so amazing! Loved that it kept me informed, and also was able to update family for me. It made me feel a lot less anxious during my daughters surgery. Loved that they could send me pictures from the PACU during her recovery stages. My family from out of state was super impressed with it as well!
