This app is truly amazing. While my some was in his surgery I was notified along the way from testing, beginning the surgery all the to surgery complete. I highly recommend this app!!
No notifications

I received notifications while my husband was in surgery but did not receive anything while he was in recovery. Nothing for 3 hours. It was scary. I did my part by uploading g the app and having it activated. U did not go you part. This was unacceptable.

The best part for me as a non- tech senior was the friendly help received to assist setting up the app . All staff ( reception, all OR prep folk) went above and beyond in kindness and patience. I’ll be back in 4 days with another family member!

This app is a great way to keep track of your loved ones when in surgery. The constant communication from the nurses helped me to stay relaxed while I was in waiting room.
