This app is so amazing! It makes learning a language fun in its adorable and gamified way. I have only had it for 10 days but I have done it every day. I love being in the leagues and competing against other learners because it tricks me into learning more haha. I also love the animation style and the sound when you get a question right. I just have one thing that could make it better, not that it’s not already amazing! I would like a list of all my vocabulary words that I can look back to it and make flash cards. Like it has the words and the English translation. Thank you! The app is amazing! - Adayday

I very much enjoy the app! I wish there was a way to get a yellow light “typo?” instead of a red light “wrong answer!” when I mistype or accidentally hit submit before having completed the response (big thumbs, small screen).

This app is an amazing app! It’s helping me learn Japanese, but as I was investigating, I was you could invite people to get premium for a week, so I invited my friend and she downloaded it but I still have not gotten premium. So I was wondering if I did something wrong cause I’m 100% sure she downloaded it I even saw a photo.

Let’s first mention that DuoLingo erased information currently on my phone. Then let’s go to the new promise of 1 lesson per unlocked skill. That won’t go very far on an international flight. And second, it isn’t true. Only 26 of the 114 skills I have unlock were available. And, by the way, they have cut out any method for contacting them directly.

I’ve been using this app for forever and recently I’ve found it to be super frustrating to use. The app is determined to get you to deplete your “hearts” so that it can push the premium version on you. I use the app to brush up on my French and half the time, the sounds are missing. Other times, the hints are completely missing or completely wrong. The app also wants you to use the exact phrase it wants, even though there can be multiple correct answers (the hints even list multiple answers, but the challenge will only accept one). Japanese can be even worse. The sounds are often incorrect, the hints often do not show, and their images of hiragana and kanji often change or look different depending on what exercise you’re doing. This app makes me so mad, but unfortunately it’s the only one I’ve found for free.

Duolingo has just deleted all my status and I was in obsidian league but now it says to wait for a new league and I had 3 top 3 wins but now it says zero. I can’t get it back to normal Idk what to do!!!!
