I accidentally replaced my old account that was level 49 (I spent money on it) and I would like to know if there’s a way for me to get it back or restore purchases

You spend real money to strengthen your characters. You expect their abilities remain constant. After all, you are investing cash into these heroes. But, no, your characters’ abilities are stolen from under you after you’ve paid to strengthen that character. If you love having things you pay for become less useful through no fault of your own, this is the game for you.

Great game that never gets boring but why the hell is the Halloween update here in December?

This is a great game. Started playing years ago, got good, and kept coming back, even if I left for a hitch in the road. 10/10. I would absolutely recommend this. One thing, however, That irks me is the daily quest system. They were quite simple, but then, after a short change, required certain items, such as keys, to complete. This slowed down my gameplay, as I was trying to get the epic weapons, and since I was in a guild that required you to complete all dailies, I couldn’t keep up unless I grinder. I have not been bothered too much, just a bump. Still love it. Wish them the best. - Sincerely, A satisfied customer

From the for minute I started the game, to this very second, I’ve had such an incredible experience. The art style is very attention grabbing, for new players, and sets itself apart from many of the newer rpg games that have similarities to this game. The game does a good job at making so many interesting tiny Easter eggs (if you classify them as such) and details that give this quirky vibe to the game. Starting the game, there were really cool characters that were out of reach, and it was almost implied that, you could get and have fun with if you put the time into. This game does a good job to give “power” to the consumer, basically not having to pay for everything. Of course, you pay to speed up progress you will get on your own time but, it doesn’t feel like a pay wall (which many other games have) which is really nice! There’s plenty of bugs, but I think that it helps with the vibe of quirky that the game presents itself as (and devs are generous with the rewards). Basically, Dungeon Boss gives a lot while not asking much, and every time I come back, there’s something new. There’s many characters to choose from, and with their investment in creating “factional benefits” you can create cool synergies. Side note: very glad they removed star requirement for ascension (though I understood why it was placed in the first place). Just, very cool game that has gone a long way.

Can’t recover my account after spending over $100. Submitted ticket etc. they want me to start over. Beware of this game!! I even gave them a service ticket number from my old level 80 account and they still can’t “find” it. They even have the name of the old account. Now they are ignoring my service tickets. Bad customer service.

I got the demon legendary guy from the first Christmas door, but when I went to battle, the game lagged so it had to be reloaded. When I got back in the demon guy was gone, saying I have not unlocked him. Can you some how please get him back for me? My name for it is Jpender if that helps. Great game over all though.
