Game Support is Bad – Dungeon Boss Review

Can’t recover my account after spending over $100. Submitted ticket etc. they want me to start over. Beware of this game!! I even gave them a service ticket number from my old level 80 account and they still can’t “find” it. They even have the name of the old account. Now they are ignoring my service tickets. Bad customer service.
