but latest update won’t load pages: new tabs, searches, and bookmarks mostly load blank pages, even after multiple retries

Pages keep reloading. When I search the page goes blank and never loads results. UPDATED 1 to 4 stars. I deleted the app since the last update and re-downloaded. Now it is working fine.

Love DuckDuckGo, love the entire premise of a privacy-centric search engine. That said, I do still use Safari as my main browser on my iPhone. I wish this app included a content blocker that I could use in Safari the way that Firefox Focus does!

That doesn’t live up to it’s claims. Every page has autorun videos, which are ads whether they want to call them that or not. No way to turn them off, or get rid of all those paid Zergnet ads. Another browser worth passing by...

After about three weeks or so, it now takes about ten seconds whenever I open the app to load the site that I was last on. It doesn’t matter what site, either, so I really hope this gets fixed. If possible, please add a “open in” function for webms like chrome & Safari have. It’s a really basic function.

I wish on the iPad that you could see all the tabs that were open instead of only seeing one tab at a time.

The dark blue colors of the UI are difficult to see, how can I change the color to a lighter one? This is my biggest complaint.

I was searching for a private, fast, simple yet well designed browser. I tested many - this is my winner. Used it now for several months (also their search engine) - great experience. Nothing to complain about. I really appreciate the hard work the team puts in for a more private and secure browsing, very hard to come by these days, especially for free! Whoever came up with the “clear tabs and data” button - genius. I love the effect! Thank you!

Information articles and magazines usually have the most trackers. With this in mind, I usually search for them in this app as opposed to Safari. Reading mode is invaluable for a number of reasons, especially for the visually challenged like myself. DDG - reading mode = back to Safari. I’d prefer if that didn’t need to be the case.
