I just began using DDG because of some privacy issues with Google. I had tried Firefox Focus briefly but prefer this interface. The privacy ratings for individual sites are helpful and the search results show several options that I probably would not normally explore with ads being shoved in my face. I like being able to add bookmarks and clear my history after each session and know that my usage is not being tracked or stored in someone’s data base. I researched the DDG website as well and there are some helpful articles in regard to alternate browsers and search engines and tips to make iOS more secure. I’m glad I tried this and wish I had found it sooner.

Janky Scroll, Can’t Create Bookmarklets

When scrolling slowly on a space, my finger can travel up to a centimeter before app recognizes the motion and begins to scroll page. Can’t paste into bookmark address, so can’t use bookmarklets!

Please continue to do the good work that you’re doing, believe me I’ve downloaded this app before I think I’m going to keep this time. Plus I can always use the !g if absolutely necessary. I hate going to google looking for one question not finding anything related to my question and having to look through the whole page of dozens of ads, I scroll down, infinite webpage of ads and garbage. They used to be great, someday they will notice you more and more keep up the good work thank you?

Love using the app because it gets me away from the google eco system. One thing that’s annoying is the bottom menu bar that pops up when trying to click next on certain websites. Fix that up and y’all get a 5 in my book
Good browser, but not so smooth.

Keeps refreshing twice in a row on its own, before allowing me to continue to watch videos or read articles, even if I already tapped refresh to try and prevent that from happening. I could be half-way through an article or 30 seconds into a video and suddenly it will randomly refresh on its own so I have to start all over.
