Latest bug “fix” crashed app

The “bug fix” update 2 days ago succeeded in making app unusable! Launch app- signs in - about 1/2 second after energy usage “wheel” appears, the app shuts down!

The minor release seems to have fixed the crashing issue. Thank you! I enjoy being able to monitor usage in real time and get detailed information on when we’re using energy.
App is not opening

I have been using this app since 2 weeks and suddenly its not working whenever i open the app it flashes a black screen and returns to home screen. I am nit at all happy with the update.

Insight app crashes after update 3.3.3.1035. Contacted support, indeterminate resolution time. But they sent me 3 request to rate them! I had to, on my own figure out that I had to uninstall, then reinstall the app on my iPad. It did work well for ~2 years. Almost a year ago I had to pay a buck a month to keep this system. Support is nonexistent.
Stop responding but it's working now

Worked nicely till today...it just keeps crashing. Not sure if it’s an update bug. The app was really helpful but now I can’t even open it. Hope they fix the issue soon Edit: The update fixed the issue and now it's working fine.
