Crashes after update, support is clueless. – DTE Insight Review

Insight app crashes after update 3.3.3.1035. Contacted support, indeterminate resolution time. But they sent me 3 request to rate them! I had to, on my own figure out that I had to uninstall, then reinstall the app on my iPad. It did work well for ~2 years. Almost a year ago I had to pay a buck a month to keep this system. Support is nonexistent.
