This app might have been useful but since you seem to want to charge your customers for everything at extreme high rates, this app is useless unless you want to give DTE even more of your money......very disappointed in DTE’s customer service

App had been great up until now. Updated my Iphone to iOS 12.4 and app immediately crashes. Please fix!!!!!

Lots of potential but poorly executed

This app has lots of potential an some great features, like budget setting, scanning of device usage, etc That being said, a typical DTE production - good ideas poorly executed. I’ve been using this app since 2015 and it continues to crash, not update consumption consistently. Furthermore, its incessant updates for branding, look, etc are nice - but how about better consistency of meter consumption, not crashing randomly for no reason, opening and crashing immediately (newest issue that regularly occurs). I understand it all interfaces with infrastructure behind the scenes, so figure out what’s the issue and fix it. I’m sure typical of DTE, internal management and “leadership” is running around blaming everyone / technology and developers are trying to fix with little to no time or budget...

After the most recent update the app keeps crashing over and over again when initially launched. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted by device, unfortunately it still crashes.
App upgrade 8/3/19 crashing on IPhone

After last upgrade 2 days ago the app crashes on IPhone 6s ver IOS 12.3.1. Android version seems to be OK. Removed and reinstalled the app and same thing. Starts to load and during data load it crashes the app.
App is useless now

This was a great app and I used it almost daily to check on my power consumption but now after the latest update the app opens and closes immediately and is now useless. I hope DTE will fix this soon or I will be returning my bridge.
