I can access router every time on my laptop with same ip and credentials, but app will never connect to the router. Shame because I can't even get to router from my phone because it insists on using a non-working app.
Decent app, but could use some security

The app is good for changing some of the settings of the router, but I really think it could use an option to secure the app with Face ID or Touch ID. Until then, I don't think it's a good idea to leave this app on a device with a profile saved.
Needs an ON/OFF switch for VPN

Good app for monitoring, not so much for managing. I still need to launch the web interface to turn the VPN on/off, amongst other things.
Force Closes

Got thru the router set up and immediately it force closes. Cannot open for more than a second. Does the same on the iPad after signing in.

Seems to be great at all the basic stuff - but definitely want more out of the app. Particularly to control my custom VPN on and off. More function and you’ll get ***** stars!
Best router for homes with kids and smart devices

Finally a router that has a proper operating system. Enough with the buggy and horrific UX of Netgear and Asus. Synology nails it with an out of the box proper parental controls and VPN. Highly recommended.
Adding reward, make changes

It took almost 10x to press a button just to make the changes. This is ridiculous features.
App is sadly insufficient

It’s been a while and despite feedback this app still has not been upgraded. I can’t even make many basic configuration changes from my phone, yet the app wants to highjack control when you try to call up your router page in a browser. Please upgrade this app with more functionality.
