Time saver!

This app is really good in terms of security. I no longer have to walk to my car again to heat it up when it’s cold. It saves me time and made my boss to stop complaining about me leaving the job to go and start my car. Thanks to the inventor and or developer (s) of this app. Only one thing missing from this app. And that is the alarm system.

Just had my remote starter installed in my 2019 VW Tiguan and registered the Drone Mobile app. As soon as I can say, "Hey Siri, start my car" I'll change the ratings to 5 stars! The app is simple and intuitive to use! Count me as a happy customer!

This is THE BEST MONEY I have ever spent. If you live in a cold climate, this is a must. Start your car from anywhere in the building and anywhere in the country. You will get in your WARM car, while other people are still scraping the windshield. Not kidding, I cannot live without this. I have no problems with updates or service. Reliable like clockwork. I live in Alaska and my wife and I had to go on a flight to another town 300 miles away, it was -30 below we never plugged our car in to keep it warm, we started the car from 300 miles away every few hours! We started the car just before we got on the plane and once as we got off the plane, when we got in the car it was 70°! I 100% recommend this product!
Consistently inconsistent

Most recent issue... App caused my car battery to drain trying to get my trunk to open. Sometimes the app works, other times it says it started the car started successfully and I get to my car 7 minutes later and it's off and the doors are unlocked. Ugh!
Run Time 15 mins

A few updates back, I was able to start my car and let it run for 15 mins. Currently I am only able to let it run for 3 mins each time I start it. How do I go back to the 15 mins intervals?
Miles and tracking car

The miles are never right, I change it and save it but it goes right back to the wrong miles. When tracking my car it doesn’t always update to wear it is.
