Not worth the installation or the monthly fee. It fails to communicate nearly half the time. It is useless when you most need it. Not recommended at all.

This app stopped working with the latest iOS update. I have removed and reinstalled it. It logs me in and then kicks me right back out. Good luck trying to get a hold of support.

It's bad, it allows parents to track you and is invasive. Just like life360. DONT GET IT

I’ve been using this app for five years and have never had a problem with it. I highly recommend this to anyone that is thinking about a remote car starter.

I thought this was a cool device to have but, as of today I keep getting a failed response ! Customer service is pretty much non existent. There is no telephone number to contact support and the preform help topics don’t really help much if the suggested solution does not work. I will rewrite my review and rating if I ever fix my issue. I feel like a fool because I bought this for 2 of my vehicles! ? still have issues with drone not connecting. I called support and get this: “the person you are trying to reach is busy leave a message”. No one calls you back. I have been w/o my drone for a month but, I’m still paying the subscription. I did get someone who want the serial number?? How does Drone Mobile not have my registered serial number. I’m going to Viper ?????

If I could give the thing negative stars I would. I paid almost 1,000.00 to have this crap put into my truck. I made it very clear I wanted something super sensitive that would alert me no matter how far I was from the car. I can literally kick my car and it does nothing. I can jack it up with almost both tires off the ground and only sometimes the tilt sensors will go off. Rarely will it alert my phone. It alerts on things not happening. I hate this thing and wish I never would have gotten it. Stay away.
Won’t install on Apple Watch

The app won’t install onto my Apple Watch. Every other app I own installs just fine, but I can’t get DroneMobile to install. The whole point was to be able to start my car from my wrist.
Firmware Update Caused Problems

For sometime, ive had issues with this app not executing commands. I noticed a firmeare uodate and thought that would corrext the problem. It did and didnt. The commands now execute more often, but EVERY SINGLE TIME, the app gives an error saying it failed (even though it didnt). Ive tried logging out and back in and deleting and reinstalling the app. Ridiculous.
