Terrible customer service. Terrible reliability. Terrible app. Terrible connectivity. Waste of my money.

I have two cars two drones. My wife and her app work mine stopes May 25th. Reinstalled can’t logon. I give up. I was a beta tester under TestFlight for years. What has happened? My Drone app is useless when I drive either car I have no access.

When I first bought it would show adjustments for the shock sensor and window break sensor. Now it doesn’t on top of that from the beginning it would not let me change and save my adjustments. The command screen looks so simple I felt there should have been more to it

Only actually works about 50% of time. Remainder of times I get error message telling me to check and make sure the device is on line.

I purchased my 1st DroneMobile in 2015. I love that I can start my car in the winter and summer. I preset my heat and air, so when I get into my car, the temperature is just right. When I purchased my new car, I had to have another DroneMobile. It can be difficult to find someone who can install the Drone, but if they are Viper certified, they can install the Drone, just make sure they have the instructions or you can use the Geek Squad at Best Buy, which is where I purchased my Drone.

It does the same thing as your remote only less, with gps tracking added. You can't even set a time your car will start, or setup a schedule.

Thank you for keep updating the app and fixing issues. I love the new feature that recently added. Siri can now start your car! Love it ? worth getting this device. Thank you

Besides gps, it seems kind of pointless for many consumers to have drone installed if you can’t even use siri when you can’t find your keys. I feel like once apple keys gets popular, many of basic customers will switch over. As an installer I would love to see a simple voice added unlock feature. I used the remote start one and it is very odd. You can’t customize what she says and are forced to hear the start coding that is being sent instead of a simple, your car has started. Also, not everyone drives a “car” and may find it annoying to correct themselves constantly. At least that’s what I hear from my customers who have drone installed. Great connectivity so far, but I can’t see paying monthly with a t12’s range.
