It Never works

I have giving up on using my drone because it never works, I have reported it several and nothing was done. I have been gypped out of my money for over two years. I will not you the Drone every again.. Troy Hodge

I would love this app better if it actually worked half of the time when I use it.... sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t! I’m getting aggravated with it myself!

When will you update the odometer so it can return back working the way it was before after that password update thing it has never been able to get odometer reset to edit in profile so that the miles on car come up right in app can’t edit on profile please work On getting that working again thanks
Does not work half the time

I’ve already been having problems with it and I got it installed just a couple months ago. Stops working and I cannot seem to find a solution even with support. I always get an error either network or device is not on which doesn’t make sense bc it’s always in the same spot and sometimes, with a miracle the command works but majority of the time like when I need it to, it does not. My app tells me there is a firmware update yet it does not update. I am really disappointed I paid for this and it worked great for a month please find me a solution

I can't believe this company is not out of business yet! Horrid customer service and horribly glitchy app. This cannot happen when it comes to vehicle security.

When it works it’s great product. However, I’d say that my app fails to connect with my vehicle on a regular basis (probably 50% of the time). I get a message saying that the device is not on line. Support says it’s because of data coverage issues but it happens when my phone has five bars or I’m on WiFi. I find myself wishing I hadn’t spent the money on this product.
Within the last couple months, this whole system has turned to garbage

I never had any issues with this app or device in my car until last month in December. I noticed it would start to give me errors even tho the cell signal strength was fine. I can't even remote start thru the web app.
