Prettier (I guess?) but less functional

Was excited for this update but quickly disappointed. While I appreciate the few enhancements in pre-booking, the previous version was more clear and customizable. Why remove all search functionality? (I loved being able to see how many cars were available in a different location.) And What about Map view? Car filter? Parking and gas info? Profile management? Recommend to a friend?? Literally the only thing I can do now is book a car. Please rethink this.

I am not sure why they changed this, and because they did my drive yesterday may have cost double. On the old system one booked by the hour in a car. I wanted a six hour rental. When I got in the car, it allowed me only to do by the minute. We immediately called DriveNow. They said the new system now requires you to book by the hour with your app. Once you have rented the car it is too late. But they would change this for us. When we parked, the car wouldn't let me lock it with the card. I called again, and it took much longer to get through. They then said they had no record of the by the hour rental, and they have new rules on whether you can lock it if you leave the business area. I will wait a few days and send in a formal complaint--what they charged me was 30 euros more than the hourly rate. One more thing--if you try to do anything through the app you first have to accept whatever damages are on the car. It is no longer the case that you check it first. What if someone has hit the car after it was parked by someone else? You are stuck with the damages. This is crazy. I don't know if they think they are making things more simple with this, but it is all a big pain for your customers who have used the service before. It does not work, and it is more expensive.

I had change my review from positive to negative. All good features are removed!! Horrible update!
Whoever changed this, go back.

Essential functions are missing. It is impossible to review trips or bills, filter cars, access FAQs, see gas stations or any other information.

It's not that the previous version was good, this version simply is not an improvement. Important features have been removed. Billing history not available. Filters for car make and model removed. User settings removed - can't select metric system and local currency. In car rental options for hourly packages now handled in app, but app crashes when trying to plan rental. No confirmation screens to verify success/failure of cloud sync.

The Drive Now app is back. However, 'remaining minutes' is a must have feature. Hope to see it soon.
It's impossible to register

They charge money and don't allow you to finish registration. After you spend hours on the support line and don't get any result. It was the first and last experience with those guys.
