Buggy and no way to report the bugs

In general, the app is usable. But it has bugs, such as the FAQ answers not showing completely (on an iPad) or the "report an issue" function not accepting my input at all. And no way to report these issues! That IS bad.

App thinks I'm in Munich, even though my settings say I'm in SF (the setting keeps switching to Munich after a while).
Wish their app is as good as their cars

I wish they can make an app as good as their car and service. You can't customize any setting on the app, so I get 10 notifications throughout the day/ night about cars being available. On the map view there are all these locations available with number of cars available, but the car details doesn't always show up so you are left thinking the app is malfunctions. I love the service of e-BMW/ DriveNow/ car sharing, but if this app is the only way of finding a car on the go, I simply have to go with other services with apps that work!

[for the record, this about Munich experience with DriveNow] App has all the features you might need from showing available cars around you, type of car, how much gas it has, reserve the car, check damages, even start the car from the app! Geofence to be informed when a car arrives bear your place... Just amazing. This is the perfect example of a very well thought service and a tightly integrated app experience to go with it. Very happy to use the service with this great experience.
Phenomenal cars, great service, need more coverage

Love the cars and what DriveNow offers. The app works although it can be wonky at times, and is usually slower than using the card. They have good customer service if things go wrong. If DriveNow had 400 cars in the city, it would become my everyday transportation mode.

Good app, kind of buggy still but normally good - only thing: I had to turn off my notifications for the app as it kept sending me notifications to book a car, every 5 minutes it would send me one "car karissa is waiting for you" even tho I didn't choose a car. Super annoying, please fix this!
