Great service and cars, not completely clear terms

The service is amazing. The cars are superb and there are plenty of them around. The price is also reasonable, particularly when using prepaid packages. The only down side is not so clear terms regarding the existing damage on the cars and how to go about it.

Планировал воспользоваться данной услугой, пребывая в Берлине. За несколько дней начал авторизацию. Мои Документы не были приняты. Хотя соответствуют европейским образцам. Загружал Документы через приложение несколько раз. Предавторизацией были списаны с моей Карты 29€, которые не вернулись. Служба поддержки ответила только через несколько дней. Услугой воспользоваться так и не удалось! Для меня оказалось абсолютно неактуально (не вовремя) и напрасно потрачены деньги.

Very simple interface makes this carshare super easy to use. Was on the road in less than ten minutes on my first use. Love the electric cars (throw some Tesla Model 3s in the mix please!!!) and getting bonus minutes (80kr) for bringing the car to a charger when you are done.

This App is great and so are the ease of the cars they are allowing people to drive. The only downfall is if you don’t know a specific car and how it works, it’s very difficult to change the language on the map or if there are instructions on the screen to change the language. It might only apply to me though..... I love the ease of picking up and dropping off cars
Next best to owning my own car

For some reason i wasn’t able to log in and start to use the application on iPhone 7. Costumer service was also poor and unreliable. Still waiting for the refund!!! Recommending Car2go!!!!
